📋 Description

• Support the end to end materials ‘Must Win’ quoting process for strategic customer bids • Work with internal and external customers to resolve product data integrity issues • Develop and deploy effective sourcing strategies with various teams • Deliver competitive and timely material pricing solutions • Lead and support process improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 6 years relevant experience in supply chain or procurement • Ability to interpret & analyze technical product data at both component and assembly level (electronic & mechanical) • Demonstrate ability to use web platforms to pull commercial & technical info for electronics components • Ability to consolidate, manipulate and analyze costing and pricing data • Ability to analyze financial data and understand the impact of material costs on project profitability • Demonstrate understanding of how an EMS supply chain works and key commodity cost drivers • Demonstrate awareness of supplier pricing and strategies • Ability to effectively build relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable outcomes • Demonstrate strong systems skills, including MS Office and Celestica-specific tools • Demonstrate strong analytical skills • Ability to be detail-oriented and manage multiple projects • Ability to influence, motivate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing • Ability to develop and champion novel solutions.
