📋 Description

• Perform complex data analyses to support the company’s strategic decision-making • Develop and implement Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, including building KPI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations • Identify opportunities to improve business processes through data analysis • Collaborate with IT and business teams to specify, develop, and deploy BI systems • Ensure the quality, reliability, and integrity of data used in analyses • Provide training and support to end users on BI tools

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related fields • Proven experience of 5 years or more in data analysis and BI solution development • Advanced knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, among others • Proficiency in programming and data manipulation languages such as SQL, Python, R • Strong communication skills and ability to present results clearly and concisely • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into BI solutions • Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented mindset • Familiarity with agile development methodologies • Experience implementing cloud-based BI solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus • Knowledge of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence techniques applied to data analysis is a plus • BI-related certifications, such as CBIP (Certified Business Intelligence Professional), are a plus
