📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and evolution of Included Health's cloud infrastructure, driving improvements in scalability, cost efficiency, and resilience. • Partner across engineering teams to deliver cross-cutting infrastructure initiatives spanning containerization, observability, and data services. • Drive modernization and standardization of platform patterns to simplify development and deployment workflows. • Mentor and guide engineers across the team, fostering technical excellence and operational maturity. • Influence the architectural direction for high-impact projects, balancing deep technical rigor with pragmatic delivery. • Collaborate closely with product, data, and infrastructure partners on initiatives such as AI platform enablement and data warehouse evolution.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of strong software engineering fundamentals with significant experience in cloud infrastructure or platform engineering. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives and influence architectural decisions across teams. • Deep experience with AWS & GCP, Kubernetes, Gitops, Terraform (or other infrastructure-as-code frameworks), and modern observability stacks(Grafana etc). • Strong understanding of distributed systems, reliability engineering, and cost optimization best practices. • Track record of mentoring and leveling up engineering teams through process and tooling improvements (on-call, CI/CD, monitoring, incident management etc.). • Passion for building reliable, developer-friendly platforms that improve the productivity of others. • Proficiency in one or more of: Go, Python, or similar languages.
