📋 Description
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity design composites, and interactive prototypes using Figma as the primary design tool • Collaborate with the design team to develop comprehensive user flows and journey maps • Conduct user research to inform design decisions and validate assumptions • Execute usability testing to validate design approaches and inform iterative design enhancements • Champion user feedback and insights from support teams to maintain and exceed quality standards • Advocate for design consistency and efficiency across the entire product suite
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience designing B2B, SaaS, or complex system interfaces • Expert proficiency in Figma for all aspects of the design process • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) • Comfort with other standard design and prototyping tools • Deep understanding of UX best practices, design patterns, and current interface trends • Demonstrated ability to work independently on 2 or more complex products simultaneously
