📋 Description
• Intervenir sur des projets touchant l'ensemble des problématiques SIRH CoreHR, Talent Management, Rémunérations, Recrutement, Formation… • Identifier les opportunités et les solutions créatrices de valeur pour les grandes entreprises • Décliner jusqu'à leur mise en œuvre opérationnelle et leur déploiement • Aider à cadrer leurs besoins métier, et à les assister dans le choix de solutions • Intervenir comme intégrateur ou en assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage durant les projets de mise en œuvre de solutions SIRH
🎯 Requirements
• De formation supérieure (école d'ingénieur ou de commerce) • Justifiez d'une expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans le conseil en systèmes d'information autour des problématiques et solutions SIRH • Avoir développé des compétences fonctionnelles et/ou techniques sur au moins une des solutions SIRH du marché (en particulier Oracle, TalentSoft, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors…) • Être intervenu sur différentes natures de missions cadrage, mise en œuvre et déploiement au sein de grands groupes • Être à l'aise dans un environnement international • Maîtriser l'anglais
