• Análisis del Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas (PPT). • Redacción de ofertas técnicas, metodologías de trabajo, casos de uso, modelos de gobierno, catálogo de servicios y planes de ejecución del servicio. • Coordinación con equipos técnicos y operativos para recopilar información relevante. • Presentación de mejoras y propuestas de valor para hacer la oferta más competitiva.
• Conocimientos en contratación pública. Ley de Contratos del Sector Público (LCSP), normativa europea, etc. Especialmente en la Junta de Andalucía. • Experiencia de al menos 3 años realizando este trabajo para la Junta de Andalucía. • Capacidad analítica. Evaluar pliegos, calcular costes y analizar viabilidad de ofertas. • Redacción técnica y argumentación. Elaborar propuestas de valor, detalladas y orientadas al sector público andaluz.
