📋 Description

• Identify and diagnose issues in the SAP system • Perform root cause analysis to correct faults and prevent recurrence • Manage and resolve SAP-related incidents within agreed timeframes • Document incidents and solutions for future reference • Implement fixes to correct errors found in the system • Test and validate corrections to ensure they do not introduce additional issues • Create and maintain support documentation and operational procedures • Propose and implement SAP system improvements to meet new business requirements • Perform system upgrades and updates to incorporate new features and improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP maintenance • Advanced/Fluent English • Deep SAP knowledge: Strong command of SAP FI/CO modules • Experience with ABAP and other programming languages used in SAP • Problem-solving skills: Ability to perform detailed diagnostics and develop effective solutions • Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and problem resolution • Project experience: Experience in SAP implementation and maintenance projects • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (preferred but not a strict requirement) • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and cross-functional teams • Proactive attitude
