📋 Description
• Identify and implement process standardization and efficiency improvements during migration, which includes process documentation and mapping. • Work with technology teams to ensure seamless integration of digital tools and automation. • Address and mitigate transition risks and provide suggested control measures. • Serves as the Subject Matter Expert during the Client Knowledge Transfer and Shadowing phase. • Act as a bridge between onshore and offshore teams, ensuring effective communication. • Collaborate with finance, accounting, IT, and operations teams to ensure alignment. • Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to the receiving teams. • Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for transition success.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • Atleast 5 years of experience in finance/accounting process transition and migration. • Strong knowledge of financial services and accounting operations. • Experience in project management methodologies. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and automation technologies.
