📋 Description

• Define and execute a visionary strategy for managed services, aligned with Infinity Group’s long-term growth ambitions. • Lead the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, including AI, automation, and the full Microsoft stack, to deliver pre-emptive, future-ready services. • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with vendors such as Microsoft, Datto, and CloudGuard, ensuring Infinity Group remains at the forefront of industry innovation. • Own all managed service data and tooling, contracts, entitlements, subscriptions, and customer knowledge - ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. • Collaborate with senior leadership to create a unified, cross-functional approach to service delivery and client success. • Set and achieve ambitious KPIs: revenue growth, margin expansion, client retention, service desk efficiency, and employee engagement. • Champion a client-centric culture, ensuring every interaction adds value and strengthens long-term relationships.
