📋 Description
• Role Name: Telesales Specialist – Cars • Location: Jordan (Remote) • Work Week: Sunday – Thursday; Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Saudi Arabia Standard Time) • About Soum: Soum is on a mission to revolutionize e-commerce in the MENA region by building a trustworthy re-commerce marketplace • Assist in preparing tailored sales quotes and proposals • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate information about Soum’s services • Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and issue resolution • Organize and manage customer information for enhanced communication and service delivery • Accurately process customer orders and ensure all orders comply with Soum’s internal policies and standards • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment • Collect, analyze, and report sales performance metrics; prepare sales reports and dashboards • Monitor and share customer feedback to optimize sales strategies • Adhere to Soum’s policies and compliance standards in all sales activities
🎯 Requirements
• Strong command of the Saudi Accent (mandatory requirement) • 0-2 years of experience in sales, Customer Service, Operations • Nationality Saudi • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets • Strong skills in negotiation and relationship-building
