📋 Description

• Manage and lead continuous improvements of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring maximum utilization. • Develop minor enhancements and customizations on the platform according to business needs and recommended best practices. • Serve as the focal point for daily ServiceNow administration, including incident resolution, service requests, and user support. • Analyze processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization within the tool. • Drive adoption of contracted platform modules by managing stakeholders and providing user support. • Provide guidance on proper use of ServiceNow by defining standards, processes, and promoting a culture of platform use. • Develop and implement solutions focused on user experience (UX), ensuring interfaces are intuitive, efficient, and accessible. • Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand and translate needs and requirements into ServiceNow solutions. • Maintain dashboards and reports and continuously improve the end-user experience. • Actively participate in platform improvement projects and new implementations, ensuring the delivery of effective and efficient solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Proven experience administering and developing enhancements in the ServiceNow platform • Deep knowledge of core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, HR Service Delivery, etc.) • Ability to develop minor customizations, scripts, and integrations within ServiceNow • Experience defining and implementing ITIL processes and best practices within the platform • Experience in user-centered design (UX/UI) and creating intuitive, efficient user interfaces in ServiceNow • Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into efficient ServiceNow workflows • Knowledge of agile methodologies (such as Scrum or Kanban) is a plus • ServiceNow certifications (such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are desirable.
