• Develop, edit, and distribute internal communications (emails, newsletters, SharePoint content, FAQs, and deployment updates) • Maintain stakeholder lists, distribution groups, and trackers to ensure timely communication • Support change and readiness activities, including stakeholder analysis, surveys, and reporting metrics • Design and format visually appealing PowerPoint presentations and decks for executive and team-level communications • Coordinate reviews, manage document control, and maintain content alignment across multiple global regions • Collaborate daily with U.S. and EMEA-based teams to ensure communication quality, consistency, and timeliness
🎯 Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in change management, internal communications, or project coordination • Exceptional English writing, editing, and formatting skills • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, and Teams • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently • Experience supporting global or cross-time-zone projects preferred • Familiarity with change management methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR) or ERP/finance projects is a plus
