• Build Client Relationships : Develop strong connections with banking clients and deliver impactful insights and advice to stakeholders. • Create Insights : Analyze trends using our unique datasets, identify key drivers, and craft actionable recommendations tailored to client needs. • Deliver Presentations : Present findings to clients, often including senior industry leaders, either in person or remotely. • Collaborate on Sales : Partner with the commercial team to identify opportunities to expand the reach of our services. • Lead the Team : Mentor junior colleagues, helping them grow their analytical, client, and presentation skills. • Develop Products : Ensure your benchmarks evolve to reflect market changes and client needs.
• At least 5 years’ experience in consulting or a similar analytical, client-facing role (knowledge of retail banking is a plus) • Ability to turn detailed data into clear, concise, and logical insights • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills • Proven ability to build client relationships and deliver engaging presentations • Analytical and research skills, with experience managing teams to meet deadlines • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong numerical ability • Interest in retail Financial Services, with knowledge of product and channel trends • A curious, self-motivated, and organized mindset, ready to learn and adapt to new opportunities
