📋 Description

• Lead project management functions on large-scale S/4HANA transformation programmes • Manage all project workstreams including onshore and offshore teams and ensure overall delivery • Ensure programme governance, risk mitigation, dependency management and effective programme planning • Manage large delivery teams to design and deliver end-to-end enterprise solutions aligned to standards and design principles • Use deep knowledge of S/4 HANA Cloud roadmap and SAP offerings to support executive-level business decisions • Inspire, develop and mentor junior colleagues and foster an inclusive team culture • Act as stream lead at CIO/CTO level and support market development and service delivery excellence for Infosys Consulting

🎯 Requirements

• Leading project management functions on large scale transformation programmes • Manages all workstreams comprised of on- and off-shore resources and overall delivery responsibility • Ensuring transformation programmes are delivered with good governance • Manage large delivery teams to design end-to-end solutions and ensure deliverables align with design principles, standards and methodologies • Deep knowledge of the S/4 HANA Cloud roadmap and other SAP offerings • Inspire and develop junior colleagues and support professional development • Managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture • Design and manage complete enterprise solutions and demonstrate leadership in the architect community • Work as a stream lead at CIO/CTO level and liaise with senior stakeholders • Lead Infosys Consulting operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence • Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience • Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data for varied audiences • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country's official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency) • Project-related mobility / willingness to travel • Proven experience on end-to-end delivery working as a S/4Hana Program Manager • Deep understanding of ERP project methodologies, phases and activities • Experience delivering good governance of ERP implementations, including risk mitigation, dependency management and effective programme planning • Significant experience in Consumer Goods, Retail or Logistics • Ability to articulate and present technology options and business value
