📋 Description

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensure technical feasibility • Ensure resource availability and allocation • Develop and manage a detailed project plan to track progress • Use verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership • Report and escalate matters to management as needed • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders • Perform risk management to minimize project risks • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Respond to client’s questions and concerns on time • Communicate effectively with clients to clearly understand project requirements and scope • Ensure that project deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards • Coach, mentor, and motivate other Project Managers • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, and tools to expand and mature these capabilities for the PMO • Deliver appropriate and effective executive-level communication • Continue professional development to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods, and best practices • Must be willing to work occasional nights and weekends if necessary • Position is remote and may require travel in the future

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of working experience as a Project Manager in business • Proven ability to be a leader within a PMO and think strategically • Solid background or hands-on experience in application management, application support, or Information Technology • Able to easily interact with Engineers, End Users and CxO-level Executives • Ability to build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects (over 15) concurrently • Proficient in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, OneNote, MS Excel, Planner) • Experience working in a client-facing role • PMP or other recognized Project Management certification
