📋 Description

• Design, build, test, and deploy conversational experiences • Develop and enhance chat and voice solutions • Execute rigorous testing protocols for Agent functionality • Maintain technical documentation for conversational designs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience • 2+ years focused on building and deploying conversational AI systems • Practical proficiency in Python or Node.js • Experience with APIs, JSON structures, and web service integration methods • Direct hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow and Playbooks • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Strong knowledge of NLU and NLP concepts
