📋 Description

• As a Senior Software Quality Engineer , you will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of our software products through rigorous testing and automation. • You will collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to implement robust quality assurance processes. • Define and implement quality assurance policies and procedures • Collaborate with developers to integrate testing into the development lifecycle • Design and develop automated tests for Java- and JavaScript-based applications • Conduct manual testing where necessary to ensure full test coverage • Identify and resolve testing gaps to enhance software reliability • Ensure compliance with security, performance, and maintainability requirements • Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated testing • Analyze test results and work with engineering teams to resolve defects • Document test cases, processes, and quality standards • Stay up to date with emerging testing technologies and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role • Strong programming skills in Java and JavaScript • Proven experience in testing web applications and back-end services • Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress) • Knowledge of CI/CD tools like GitLab CI • Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., APM, JMeter) • Understanding of REST APIs and JSON • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills • Excellent communication skills in English
