📋 Description

• Lead all aspects of financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis. • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes in accordance with IFRS and local regulations. • Ensure full compliance with relevant financial legislation, AML protocols, and iGaming regulatory requirements. • Drive the continuous improvement of internal controls, reporting systems, and financial processes. • Manage and develop finance team members, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment. • Build robust financial models and tools to support strategic planning, business case evaluations, and investment decisions. • Liaise with auditors, banks, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to maintain financial integrity and compliance. • Partner closely with leadership across departments to deliver financial insights that support business decision-making. • Monitor company cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure the organisation remains in a healthy financial position. • Contribute to automation and digitalisation initiatives aimed at modernising finance operations and enhancing reporting efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification preferred). • 5+ years of experience in a financial leadership or controller-level role, preferably within the iGaming, digital, or tech sectors. • Strong understanding of IFRS and experience working within regulated industries. • Proven ability to build financial models, manage audits, and implement controls that scale with business growth. • Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency (experience with Dynamics365 or similar platforms is an advantage). • Exceptional analytical skills with a high attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset. • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and cultures.
