📋 Description

• Engage healthcare professionals, clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals through outbound calls to deliver approved program and service-related messages on behalf of the client • Achieve or exceed program KPIs and performance objectives • Build rapport and foster positive customer relationships through professional, high-quality interactions • Document and submit daily call activity and required customer information in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally • Maintain a collaborative and professional team environment through communication and partnership with colleagues • Participate in team, department, and client-sponsored training meetings and educational activities • Uphold Inizio Engage’s values in all interactions and activities

🎯 Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills • College or Bachelor’s degree preferred • Energetic, self-motivated, and strong interpersonal skills • Ability to collaborate with internal and external business stakeholders • Ability to prioritize and plan assigned target list coverage • Professionalism, autonomy, and ability to work as a team player • Excellent customer service and patient-centric focus • Tech and digital savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office • Fluently bilingual in French and English, oral and written, if interacting with healthcare professionals in Quebec
