📋 Description

• Define and execute a cohesive IT strategy aligned with company goals and growth plans. • Partner with executive leadership to ensure IT enables innovation, scalability, and operational excellence. • Oversee IT service delivery, infrastructure, and end-user experience globally. • Strengthen the company’s security posture and lead compliance readiness (SOC 2, ISO 27001). • Own IT budgets, investments, and vendor relationships. • Unify IT systems, tools, and standards across INNERGY and Microvellum.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading IT in a distributed or global environment (Director or Senior Manager level). • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, and hybrid infrastructure management. • Experience overseeing outsourced IT providers and complex integrations or migrations. • Strong background in IT security, governance, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, or equivalent). • Track record of driving IT transformations and leading through change (mergers, system consolidations, etc.). • Financial and operational acumen & skilled at budgeting, vendor management, and cost optimization. • Exceptional communication and leadership skills; equally comfortable with executives and engineers. • Willingness to travel and spend extended time in U.S. and European offices.
