• Own the end-to-end sales strategy and execution for a defined list of named provider accounts. • Build trusted relationships with key executives (CIOs, CMIOs, COOs, CFOs, etc.) and decision-makers within each account. • Orchestrate account-based engagement plans including quarterly business reviews, co-innovation workshops, and executive briefings. • Lead all phases of the enterprise sales process: discovery, solution alignment, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, negotiations, and closing. • Partner with internal teams (product, sales engineering, marketing) to tailor demos, business cases, and proposals that align with each account’s strategic priorities. • Accurately manage pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking for each named account. • Represent Innovaccer at relevant industry conferences and forums to increase visibility within named accounts and identify new stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred. • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in healthcare enterprise sales, with at least 3 years focused on named account or strategic account management. • Deep understanding of U.S. provider landscape, including IDNs, ACOs, AMCs, and large health systems. • Proven track record of navigating complex sales cycles and consistently exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas. • Strong executive presence and ability to build and maintain relationships with C-suite stakeholders. • Existing network and influence within top-tier U.S. provider organizations. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Willingness to travel as required to engage with key accounts in person.
