📋 Description

• Collaborate in the design, implementation, and support of the IAM technologies. • Reviewing IAM roles and performing config audits on cloud infrastructure. • Proficiency in Vulnerability Assessment with exposure to GCP technologies. • Exposure to Red Teaming is a must. • Familiarisation with either or all three AWS, Azure & GCP; however, GCP would be preferred. • Triage, investigate, document, and report on security events. • Administration and maintenance of security solutions such as Antivirus, Host Intrusion Detection Systems (HIDS), Network Intrusion Detection Systems (NIDS), and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM). • Integration of devices like Linux and Windows machines, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Web Servers, etc. • Exposure to Kubernetes and containers is highly desirable. • Integrate security tools and practices within the Kubernetes infrastructure. • Auditing BCP & DR and exposure to implementation of BCP & DR plans. • Conduct security assessments on infrastructure and deliver reports detailing assessment observations and associated recommendations for information security program development to meet security and compliance standards. • Governance of Cloud Infrastructure on GCP with exposure and working knowledge of AWS and Azure. • Work closely with DevOps, Engineering, and other engineering teams to investigate and remediate security issues. • Strong skills in network security & cloud security. • CEH, OSCP, OSCE, Security+ and other security certifications are desirable. • Writing automation scripts and contributing to inhouse development is a plus. • Understanding of GCP services like SCC, Chronicle, Cloud Audit logs, KMS, Cloud Armor, etc. is highly desirable.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science Engineering preferred. • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of prior experience as Infrastructure/Cloud Security Engineer. • Prior experience with core security technologies (Kali Linux, Network Security, Nessus, Burp Suite). • Strong understanding of TCP/IP Protocols, network analysis, security applications and devices, vulnerability management, and standard Internet protocols and applications. • Proficient with OpenVAS, Nessus, Nmap, or similar. • Familiar with Google Cloud Services (GCP) services as an IaaS/PaaS containers (Docker/Kubernetes). • Experience in Cloud Security with a preference for GCP. • Reporting and incident management experience. • Able to work independently, be a team player, and work well under pressure. • Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively. • Collaborates effectively and communicates efficiently. • Work in a 24x7 environment as needed. • Proficient in open source tools and technologies. • Ready to take up more responsibilities along with the existing role. • Be a curious, self-motivated individual with a knack for challenges.
