• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 1–3 years in operations, administration, or office support. • Knowledgeable with all Google workspace, Eg.Sheets, Excel (Creating formulas from scratch) • Strong communication and organization skills • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability • Familiar with project or operations tools (e.g., GHL GohighLevel, Trello) • Reliable, proactive, adaptable, client facing position. • Knowledge of GHL (GohighLevel), data management, logistics, or process improvement; certifications in operations or project management are a plus.
