📋 Description

• Supports daily operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating processes, handling data, and maintaining accurate records. • Ensures smooth workflows across departments and assists management in improving efficiency. • Handles correspondence, phone calls, scheduling, and document management. • Maintains accurate records, databases, and filing systems. • Assists with Loom videos so client facing as well. • Supports the Operations Manager in implementing operational procedures. • Helps monitor and streamline daily workflows to improve efficiency. • Collects, organizes, and analyzes operational data for reporting purposes. • Prepares reports, presentations, and summaries for management. • Assists with inventory control, procurement, and supply chain coordination. • Helps with expense tracking, invoice processing, and budget reconciliation. • Coordinates meetings, takes minutes, and distributes follow-up action items. • Ensures that operational practices adhere to company policies and regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 1–3 years in operations, administration, or office support. • Knowledgeable with all Google workspace, Eg.Sheets, Excel (Creating formulas from scratch) • Strong communication and organization skills • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability • Familiar with project or operations tools (e.g., GHL GohighLevel, Trello) • Reliable, proactive, adaptable, client facing position. • Knowledge of GHL (GohighLevel), data management, logistics, or process improvement; certifications in operations or project management are a plus. (Preferred) • Experience with creating SOP’s
