📋 Description

• Support the full lifecycle of vendor management and purchasing operations • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all Design Alternatives projects • Bridge procurement, logistics, and project operations to maintain smooth handoffs from design through installation • Process and track Change Orders and Purchase Orders in coordination with Accounting and Project Management • Enter and maintain Work Orders and POs with correct coding, phase allocation, and project references • Notify relevant stakeholders of job cost variances or purchase discrepancies • Onboard suppliers and subcontractors; review W-9s, COIs, licenses, and insurance • Maintain vendor compliance documentation and update supplier/subcontractor databases • Conduct supplier and subcontractor information reviews for completeness and accuracy • Conduct sourcing research and evaluate supplier proposals • Request, review, and compare FF&E quotes for accuracy, lead time, and specification alignment • Coordinate supplier communication from PO submission through production release • Track long-lead procurement freight status, from order confirmation to delivery • Coordinate receiving and delivery logistics to align with project install schedules • Support field coordination for product arrivals and deliveries • Plan lunch & learn sessions and trade events aligned with procurement strategy • Maintain supplier relationship calendars and communication cadences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field • 4-6 years of experience in procurement, long-lead logistics, or operations within construction or FF&E industries • Experience issuing statements of work, purchase orders, work orders or other contractual order forms • Experience researching, evaluating and recommending suppliers based on price-performance and commercial requirements • Fluent in spoken and written English • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel (lookups, variance reporting) • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage 15+ concurrent projects • Ability to analyze product specifications, proposals, and vendor quotes • Understanding of contracting, the contracting process, and standard contract terms
