📋 Description

• Join our team at Insignia Consultancy Solutions as a Senior Business Analyst. • This role is pivotal in translating complex business needs into actionable technology solutions across high-impact sectors such as e-commerce, fintech, and HR. • Responsibilities include conducting in-depth analysis, improving business operations, engaging with stakeholders, maintaining project artefacts, leading workshops, designing technology solutions, and overseeing testing.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. • Experience: 2 years as a Business Analyst, with exposure to e-commerce, fintech, or marketing preferred. • Technical Skills: Proficient in Agile, Scrum, business process modelling tools (e.g., Figma), and project management tools (e.g., JIRA). • Analytical Skills: Exceptional in analysis, organization, and problem-solving. • Communication: Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement and influence. • Mandatory Skills: Expertise in at least three of the following domains: must have 3 years E-commerce: Deep knowledge in B2C and B2B sales, inventory management, popular platforms like Shopify, Magento, and WooCommerce, and digital marketing strategies. Fintech: Proficient in banking, financial analysis, regulatory compliance (GDPR, PSD2, MiFID II), and technologies like blockchain. HR: Familiar with HRIS, performance management, and compliance with labour laws. Marketing: Skilled in market research, campaign management, and marketing automation. Data AI: Advanced in ML models, NLP, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Digital Marketing: Strong in social media, email marketing strategies and tools like Google Analytics. Information Systems: Knowledgeable in cloud computing, database modelling, and backend technologies.
