• 3-5 years of experience with significant exposure to SaaS pre-sales activities • Strong knowledge of the CPG and/or Retail vertical including a deep understanding of Trade Promotion and Retail Price Management/Merchandising • Expertise in solution storytelling—translating technical functionality into persuasive business narratives • Proven presentation and persuasion capabilities with the ability to control an audience, convey complex concepts clearly, and overcome objections • Experience in creating or developing business processes and strategies in a dynamic environment • Trusted advisor mindset: Balancing honesty and advocacy — telling customers what they need to hear, not just what they want • Demonstrated ability to lead consultative discovery processes and extract key insights from diverse stakeholders • Track record of mentoring or enabling peers to improve team performance and elevate overall presales capability • Ability to travel up to 35%
