📋 Description

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle R2R solutions, including GL (with Intercompany), Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Fusion Accounting Hub. • Lead R2R workstreams throughout project lifecycles: discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and transition to support. • Partner with operational support counterparts to ensure seamless handoffs, alignment on system feedback, and collaboration on enhancements. • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable system solutions. • Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver high-quality, timely results. • Build trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation. • Drive R2R process improvements that enhance reporting, reconciliation, and period-closing cycles. • Monitor Oracle Cloud ERP feature releases and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI/automation, for relevance to R2R optimization. • Promote organizational learning through internal knowledge-sharing sessions and enablement initiatives. • Mentor junior analysts and project team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. • Provide constructive feedback and guidance on analytical, technical, and stakeholder management skills. • Contribute to discussions on Oracle security and access design, ensuring proper controls for R2R modules. • Partner with stakeholders to align project activities with audit and compliance requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of proven expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud, including hands-on experience with GL, FA, and Cash Management. • 3+ years in Oracle Fusion. • Strong understanding of accounting processes, close cycles, and subledger-to-GL data flows. • Demonstrated ability to partner with operational support teams and integrate feedback into project design. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process modeling skills. • Collaborative and empathetic communicator who builds trust across Finance, Systems, and Support teams. • Curious, forward-thinking, and passionate about leveraging technology to improve financial processes. • Thrives in fast-paced environments, balancing structure and flexibility to achieve impactful results.
