📋 Description
• Design and drive the research architecture and rapid-cycle learning systems for solutions implementation • Define learning questions, R&D priorities, and feedback loops connecting classroom activity to research and published knowledge • Define and drive the enterprise implementation framework strategy • Champion rapid-cycle learning and improvement methodologies • Shape the organization-wide narrative on effective implementation • Make enterprise-level decisions based on data and mission alignment • Contribute externally through blogs, publications, and frameworks about AI-powered solution implementation • Lead district and product developer partnerships, testing and refining implementation practices • Serve as primary relationship holder for product developers and school system leaders • Design and deliver tiered services, implementation guidance, tools, and provider certification • Create data-driven accountability systems connecting classroom feedback to product decisions and organizational learning • Build train-the-trainer models and regional provider networks • Represent Instruction Partners at national events • Lead and develop Senior Director/Associate Director teams • Carry direct implementation responsibilities in schools during the buildout • Establish rigorous standards for evidence and practitioner insight
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years of experience in education • Significant tenure as a senior instructional leader focused on instructional improvement implementation • Experience within an education nonprofit, regional intermediary, or school system • Deep expertise designing, launching, and refining successful service models or implementation frameworks in complex school and district contexts • Ability to translate implementation expertise into transferable, learnable frameworks • Fluency in implementation science and the existing evidence base • Skill in rapid-cycle learning and improvement • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead senior-level staff and high-performing teams • Commitment to staying close to the work alongside the team • Exceptional skill building high-stakes partnerships and earning trust with district executives and product development leadership • Advanced proficiency translating complex technical or implementation insights into persuasive communication • Experience with externally published work • Legally authorized to work in the United States
