📋 Description

• Prepare and analyze deal review packages including revenue allocations. • Perform agreement review and ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition. • Maintain comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and programs. • Ensure all workpapers and reported figures accurately reflect business activity. • Prepare and review journal entries, analyses, and reports for month-end close. • Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations and variance analysis. • Assist in preparation of reporting packages for the VP Revenue, Controller, and CFO. • Build strong, collaborative working relationships across internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent practical experience, CPA preferred. • 4-5+ years of progressive experience at a Big 4 public accounting firm or a combination of Big 4 and industry experience, preferably with exposure to a high-growth SaaS company. • Strong working knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles as well as SOX and internal controls. • Proficient in accounting software (NetSuite, Blackline), advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce. • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
