📋 Description

• Project management and support of technical or customer projects (Budget, Time, Resources, Risks, Tasks) • Participate in the presales phase and conduct the process, supported by other team members • Draft proposals for clients • Take full end-to-end responsibility for projects • Ensure technical excellence in terms of technical documentation and delivery • Integration and set up of processes about compliance, Security, and Business continuity requirements • Participate in the continuous Improvement of our delivery processes. • Understandably explain complicated topics to audiences of different technical capabilities • Support business development with use-case analyses and workshops for potential clients • Build key relationships with stakeholders and customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree (computer science or similar) or equivalent experience • 10+ years of relevant experience in the IT sector, of which at least 6+ years as a Delivery Manager/Project Manager • Understanding of software development and architecture. • Previous experience working on Blockchain/DLT projects and capacity to drive pre-sales in that field. • Familiarity with AI concepts and trends, even if not directly applied in hands-on project management. • Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Coaching and mentoring ability • Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
