• The Role: At Intelligent Change, we create products that help people live better every day — and we’re looking for a creative, self-starting E-commerce Marketing Coordinator to help us share that mission in a big way. In this role, you’ll make a real impact, bring campaigns to life, and drive sales growth while working with a mindful, purpose-driven team. In this role, you’ll support the execution of our full marketing activities – from campaign launches and landing page updates to sourcing and editing video content for ads and organic channels. You’ll work closely with the Head of E-commerce to bring campaigns to life, ensuring every promotion, product launch, and evergreen creative asset is delivered on time and to a high standard, while also learning and supporting a variety of ad-hoc e-commerce projects along the way. • If you’re a self-starter who loves to learn and grow, can keep a marketing calendar humming, and has a knack for creating engaging video content – this role is for you. • Responsibilities: Campaign & Marketing Calendar Execution: • Assist with all marketing calendar activities, including seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional events. • Update Shopify landing pages, collection pages, product bundles, and homepage banners. • Coordinate homepage and onsite updates to reflect current campaigns. • Ensure all product information, pricing, and availability is accurate during active campaigns. • Manage timelines and deliverables for creative assets, ensuring everything is ready for campaign launches. • Liaise with editors, creators, and the internal team to ensure all assets meet brand guidelines and deadlines. • Track creative performance to identify winning formats and messaging. • Social Media & Video Content Creation: • Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and influencers for ad and organic video content. • Film, edit, and optimize short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Meta ads, following platform best practices and brand guidelines. • Stay ahead of social media trends and adapt content to maximize engagement and sales. • Maintain and organize a library of high-performing creative assets for quick reuse and track creative performance to identify winning video formats and messaging. • Ad-hoc E-commerce Activities: • Support product launches with cross-functional coordination between operations, creative, and marketing. • Assist in QA testing for new Shopify features, apps, or site optimizations. • Pull performance reports for campaigns and products as needed.
• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, social media content creation, or a related role. • Proven experience creating and editing video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and/or paid social ads. • Familiarity with Shopify store management and basic page-building tools. • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and what drives sales. • Comfortable being on camera and filming content – a major plus. • Proficient in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar). • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Keen eye for creative quality, storytelling, and brand consistency. • Comfortable sourcing and managing influencers/UGC creators. • Bonus: Experience with basic animation/motion graphics.
