🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral) with a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills • Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and a stable Internet connection • Experience conducting technical interviews preferred (e.g., data structures, algorithms) • Resumes must be submitted in English • Contractor/freelancer engagement; compensated based on tasks performed
