• Guide clients through every step of personal injury cases and advocate for client needs • Ensure timely communication regarding appointments and deadlines and arrange transportation for medical treatments when necessary • Open and manage client files in case management software, track progress, and gather required documents • Order medical records, obtain photos, and fulfill FOIA requests • Collaborate with law firm counterparts, insurance companies, and medical providers • Address deficiencies with Client Case Manager Auditors • Manage medical requests and treatment plans, oversee case billings, budgets, and timelines • Adhere to software policies, procedures, and meet KPIs
• Extensive Experience in personal injury case management • Minimum of two years of legal case management experience preferred • Working knowledge of medical records, legal documents, and HIPAA practices • Exceptional follow-up, organizational, and document management skills • Fluent English at a C1 level or above, both written and verbal • Bilingual abilities are a significant plus • Ability to work autonomously and follow instructions • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software • Strong typing skills • High School Diploma required; BS/BA in Business preferred; Paralegal certificate is a plus
