📋 Description

• Works with other designers, product managers and technology teams to create and implement best in class design solutions • Will do user testing, like user story, design analytics. • You’ll identify customer problems or opportunities, develop the strategic UX vision, and communicate that narrative across the business • Conduct user research and interviews to make insight-driven decisions • Create wireframes, storyboards, walkthroughs, and prototypes to communicate your designs to the rest of the team

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in a UX, Visual Design, Interaction Design, or Product Design role • 2+ years' experience in at least one of the 3 design pillars: user research, interaction design or visual design • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience • Experience planning, conducting, and synthesizing user research • Experience working in a software product company, executing design from planning to release • An online portfolio or samples of work, with case studies and projects included • Strong proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, InVision are a preferred bonus)
