• Assist with integration testing between the Invenzi software and hardware devices; • Assist with technical support/helpdesk for our solution; • Perform remote software configurations via TeamViewer or AnyDesk; • Assist with quality and usability testing of Invenzi software; • Assist with pre-release testing of software; • Contribute to improvements for the Invenzi software; • Participate in discussions for implementing the access control solution; • Monitor support tickets and systems; • Document specific features of the Invenzi software.
• Currently enrolled in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related program; • Maintain good client relationships, being directly responsible for handling requests and feedback; • Strong problem-solving skills, commitment, and a sense of urgency; • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively; • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and computer systems.
