📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Google Analytics (GA4) in the mobile app, from tracking architecture to defining events, parameters and required integrations — building the solution from scratch. • Design and implement the measurement plan for the Personal Loan journey, ensuring end-to-end traceability and a clear view of friction points and conversion levers. • Map and instrument critical events (screens, micro-interactions, CTAs, abandonments, errors, behaviors) aligned with the needs of product, risk, CRM and growth teams. • Act as a technical and strategic reference, advising squads on measurement best practices, data governance and efficient use of the tool. • Build dashboards, reports and exploratory analyses, transforming user behavior data into actionable insights that support product and credit decisions. • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data and Marketing teams to ensure instrumentation is implemented correctly and to maintain continuous monitoring rituals. • Perform advanced journey analyses to identify bottlenecks, behavioral patterns, improvement opportunities and impacts on approval rates, conversions and the loan funnel. • Implement and evolve governance for tags, events and parameters, maintaining consistency, scalability and quality of the analytics structure. • Test, validate and monitor data integrity, ensuring accuracy, stability and adherence to privacy and compliance standards. • Propose experiments and A/B tests based on data, in partnership with Product and Growth teams, accelerating improvements in conversion and user experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Google Analytics (GA4), including technical implementation, event modeling, GTM, parameters and integrations. • Proven track record implementing analytics in mobile apps (Android and iOS), preferably for financial products. • Deep knowledge of tracking, tagging, SDKs, GTM Server-Side, data governance and instrumentation debugging. • Experience with credit products or financial services, understanding the nuances of regulated funnels and automated decision-making processes. • Ability to translate product and business needs into robust, scalable measurement plans. • Proficiency in visualization and BI tools (e.g., Databricks, Power BI) for building dashboards and conducting in-depth analyses. • Strong analytical reasoning, with the ability to turn raw data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations. • Excellent communication and influencing skills, acting as the topic owner within squads and ensuring alignment between tech, product and stakeholders. • Proactive, hands-on profile, capable of building the solution from the ground up, validating, monitoring and continuously optimizing the structure. • Knowledge of LGPD and privacy best practices, ensuring compliance in the collection and use of behavioral data.
