📋 Description

• End-to-end execution of Solution Assessment. • Manages and executes the activities required to perform an assessment. • Customer engagement acts as a point of contact for the customer during solution assessment execution process • Subject Matter Expert on both first- and third-party discovery tools • Educate customers on assessment tools • Manage SA provision inclusive of customer engagement relating to deployment and data coverage. • Responsible for trouble-shooting deployment for customers • Perform Copilot Workshops and other assessment portfolios relevant to Microsoft AI Business Solutions. • Understanding customers business objectives and technical requirements, articulating the relevant benefits and outcomes realized through a Solution Assessment • Determining the optimal platform to achieve the stated objectives, supporting deployment through complete discovery • Completing analysis of the collected data, identifying key insights, and producing an executive summary assessment report. • Assessment Review with Microsoft Solution Specialists, Account Team and/or Microsoft Partners before customer presentation. • Presenting key insights and actionable recommendations in an appropriate summary form to relevant customer (CXO, Technical Lead, etc.) and Microsoft stakeholders (ATU, STU) • Supporting a seamless customer transition into post-assessment actions with relevant Microsoft or Partner teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of practical experience in solution sales, technical sales, or consulting in Microsoft solutions • Proficiency in English and Japanese language • Strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to communicate information to both technical and non-technical audiences • Strong comprehension of Cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, and Azure solutions and related solutions/tools subject matters • Assessment discovery platforms practical experience assisting customers deploy, troubleshoot, and leverage the stated platforms (two or more) • Experience in performing CAF and governance model workshops to uncover customer Cloud migration reasons and goals. • Experience in deploying Cloud solutions and architectural design is desirable. • Preferred Certifications: Having the following Microsoft certifications is desirable: AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, SC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
