• Collaborate with Design, Product and Business teams in planning and executing research aligned with company goals; • Facilitate qualitative research to understand user behavior, needs and motivations; • Conduct and manage quantitative research focused on conversion, retention and other business-relevant metrics; • Ability to create flows, wireframes, prototypes and user journeys in both low and high fidelity; • Establish long-term projects to improve Research Ops, owning research standards, quality and scalability; • Manage and organize the participant pool, optimizing recruitment; • Develop and maintain a research repository to store, organize and share insights efficiently; • Define experience metrics and monitor the performance of delivered solutions, enabling continuous evaluation of initiative impact; • Translate findings into clear, actionable narratives so stakeholders can understand and apply results across their areas of work.
• Degree or coursework in Design and/or related fields such as Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology, or equivalent practical experience; • Courses in UX Research, Service Design, Design Thinking, metrics and other related areas; • Strong analytical skills to synthesize data sources and drive business recommendations; • Ability to balance multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; • Ability to share knowledge and raise the team's research maturity. • Nice to have • Previous experience with e-commerce solutions; • Knowledge of the product lifecycle.
