• Develop and execute joint business plans with global system integrators, including revenue, certification, and marketing KPIs. • Build executive interlocks and run quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with partner leadership. • Drive co-sell motions with field sales, including account mapping, pipeline reviews, and deal registration. • Lead enablement programs to grow partner delivery capacity and certifications. • Collaborate with marketing on MDF-funded campaigns and events with measurable ROI. • Work with product teams to create repeatable industry-aligned offerings with partners. • Ensure product differentiation is amplified in the market and maximize competitive advantage and positioning.
• 8–12+ years in alliances or partner management with global SIs/GSIs. • Proven success in joint GTM execution and revenue impact at enterprise scale. • Strong understanding of telecom/utility industry and SaaS solutions. • Deep passion for the telecom/utilities space and detailed understanding of use cases, workflows, impact. • Experience with hyperscale co-sell programs (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with executive stakeholders. • Deep experience in strategic enterprise sales. • Experience with value selling, value engineering, MEDDICC/MEDDPICC sales methodology is a plus.
