• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets in Spain and Portugal. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, networking, and cold calling. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships. • Promote the sale of pneumatic pumps, compressors, blowers, and related products, showcasing technical expertise and understanding customer needs. • Provide technical consultation to customers, helping them choose the best solutions for their applications. • Conduct product demonstrations, training, and presentations to highlight the benefits and capabilities of the product portfolio. • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, service, and support. • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in pneumatic systems. • Maintain deep knowledge of the product portfolio, including brands such as Haskel, Butech, Williams, Firestone, Gast, Ventur, and DP products. • Monitor market conditions and report feedback to the leadership team to refine sales strategies. • Travel extensively (75% of the time) across Spain and Portugal to meet clients, attend industry events, and conduct on-site visits.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales within the pneumatic pumps, compressors, blowers, or related industries. • Proven track record of selling products from market leading brands such as Haskel, Butech, Williams, Firestone, Gast, Ventur, and DP products in Spain and Portugal. • Experience in managing a large territory with frequent travel demands. • Strong understanding of pneumatic systems, applications, and the industries they serve. • Ability to provide technical guidance and solutions to customers • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English. • Strong business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities and close deals. • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Based in Spain ideally within 1 hour of a major airport hub (e.g., Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia) • Valid driver’s license and passport for travel within the designated territory.
