• IRIS.AI is an ML driven software helping scientists worldwide. • Building a Science Assistant Machine that understands scientific text. • Provide API services for AI developers. • Looking for a Tech Lead to lead our technical team. • Contribute as a Senior developer while mentoring engineers. • Drive innovation and improvement suggestions. • Work with cross-functional teams to ship new features. • Guide architectural decisions and maintain technical standards. • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of leadership or team management experience (Tech Lead, Team Lead, Engineering Manager, etc.) • At least 7 years of experience in the Software development field. • At least 3 years of experience with Python language. • Must have at least 3 years of experience in the field of web development – application servers, web services, rest services, JSON, databases, cloud platforms. • Strong architectural and software design patterns knowledge. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software engineering or similar. • Ability to teach and transfer knowledge to others. • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills. • Fluent English. • Any of these is an advantage: Master’s in the field of Computer Science or similar, Experience with AI/ML technologies, Conference presentations, publications, or participation in research projects.
