📋 Description
• Liderar y mentorar a un equipo de desarrolladores Full Stack. • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones web modernas y escalables. • Implementar soluciones basadas en Microfrontends con foco en la calidad del producto. • Colaborar con equipos de Producto, UX/UI y QA para garantizar entregas exitosas. • Participar en code reviews , sprints y ceremonias ágiles. • Detectar y resolver incidencias, asegurando la estabilidad y rendimiento de las aplicaciones.
🎯 Requirements
• Experiencia mínima de 5 años como desarrollador/a Full Stack . • Dominio de Angular (v20) , Nest.js y MongoDB . • Experiencia en arquitectura de Microfrontends e integración de frameworks como Angular, React o Vue . • Conocimientos en RESTful APIs , CI/CD pipelines y entornos Cloud . • Nivel de inglés B2 fluido y español avanzado. • Valorable experiencia en entornos orientados a producto, Docker , Kubernetes y prácticas DevOps . • Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
