📋 Description
• Lead the overall success of the assigned strategic client(s), including end-to-end ownership of client's revenue and margin growth and achievement of defined quota targets. • Collaborate with executive-level stakeholders and a cross-functional global team (including Sales, Operations, and Services) to orchestrate and execute strategic account plans and deliver an optimal customer experience. • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, or regulations while leading the qualification, strategy, and execution of transformative and high-value deals.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of senior sales experience, specifically positioning Business Process Management (BPM) and digital solutions within large, complex Banking and Financial Services institutions • Strong knowledge of strategic account management, C-suite relationship development, and a proven track record of significant achievement (quota attainment). • Proven ability in establishing strong executive partnerships (VP/SVP/EVP/CEO level) and leading in a collaborative, global matrix structure to align client strategic priorities with our solution suite.
