📋 Description
• Design, develop, and deliver customer-facing education programs, webinars, workshops, and virtual learning experiences. • Create engaging training materials, user guides, knowledge articles, instructional videos, and job aids. • Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to identify customer learning needs and adoption opportunities. • Conduct onboarding and ongoing education sessions that support successful customer engagement and utilization. • Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce training initiatives. • Deliver Salesforce training programs for internal employees and external users. • Develop learning materials focused on system navigation, business processes, reporting, dashboards, and best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Communications, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training, learning and development, customer education, sales enablement, or a related role. • Experience working with Salesforce CRM required. • Experience delivering training to both internal and external audiences preferred. • Experience creating learning content in multiple formats, including instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning. • Experience working with AI tools or a demonstrated willingness to learn.
