📋 Description

• Prevent and mitigate malicious cyber activities, whether intentional or unintentional; • Analyze and assess network events and system anomalies in a SOC environment; • Analyze, create, and tune alerts generated by security devices such as SIEM, IPS, firewalls, etc.; • Create and follow security playbooks for triage and escalation of security alerts; • Collaborate with Level 2+ analysts to research and investigate cybersecurity threats; • Maintain an investigative and curious mindset when approaching security events; • Knowledge of security tools to detect, prevent, and mitigate intrusions; • Handle incidents, requests, problems, and changes related to managed solutions; • Produce analytical reports; • Assist in developing and maintaining KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles; • Understanding of computer networks, protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, etc.), and network architecture; • Experience with operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix), especially in security contexts; • Familiarity with security analysis tools such as SIEM, firewalls, antivirus, IDS/IPS, and EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) platforms; • Ability to analyze logs and identify patterns that may indicate threats or suspicious activity; • Familiarity with security regulations and standards such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and NIST.
