• Identify risks and constrains, contingency plans and test deliverables. • Test all software releases, including new features, enhancements, and fixes for bugs and defects. • Design, implement, and conduct test and evaluation procedures to ensure system requirements are met. • Develop, release, and maintain manual and automated test procedures. • Work across teams and coding platforms such as Appian, ServiceNow, Archibus. • Perform and document exploratory testing results. • Test STIGs for functionality on IT systems. • Evaluate, recommend, and implement automated test tools and strategies. • Report status of test cases to project leads. • Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios and deadlines. • Support customer UAT events.
• Education: BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related discipline. • In lieu of BS degree, a minimum of 10 years of related experience is required; MS and PhD degrees may also be considered for addtional years of experience. • Experience: Six (6) years of experience in Software testing, to include: designing, implementing, and conducting test and evaluation procedures. • Experience with automate software testing processes, and conducting software performance analysis. • Experience with conducting white-box testing, black-box testing, end-to-end testing, integration testing, and regression testing. • Performing of QA documentation (test cases & scenarios, RTM) and bug documentation in ticket tracking system. • Experience may be achieved simultaneously. • Desired Skills/Experience: UI Path, Appian, ServiceNow, Archibus, Jira, Sharepoint, Flankspeed, Agile Development. • Personal skills such as a self starter, good communicator, organization, multi tasking, works well with a team, good collaborator, good with quick deadlines. • Experience in remote work environments. • Prior Navy related experience preferred. • Security Clearance: Requires U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD government security clearance.
