📋 Description

• Prepare and process journal entries, accruals, and adjustments • Perform bank and account reconciliations • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities • Review financial data for accuracy and completeness • Maintain accounting records in QuickBooks Online • Prepare supporting schedules and reports as required • Collaborate with team leads to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Minimum 2 years’ accounting experience (bookkeeping, reconciliations, journal entries, etc.) • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Online • Strong understanding of accounting principles and journal entries • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • **Key Skills** • Analytical, with strong problem-solving ability • High attention to detail and precision • Organized and able to meet deadlines across time zones • Proactive, reliable, and a team player

• Basic Salary: R23 500 - R29 500 monthly + retention bonuses after 6 months and yearly.
