📋 Description

• Architect, design, and deliver secure, scalable Power Platform solutions (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, AI Builder, Power BI, Dataverse). • Integrate solutions with Microsoft Azure, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, SQL, and third-party APIs. • Translate Navy mission and business requirements into actionable, user-focused technical designs. • Lead Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and iterative delivery with cross-functional teams. • Apply DevSecOps best practices for secure development, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment in Azure DevOps. • Establish governance, security standards, and compliance frameworks aligned with DoD cybersecurity and RMF requirements. • Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and ensure long-term maintainability of solutions. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. • 3–10+ years in software development/architecture, with Microsoft Power Platform expertise. • IAT Level II certification (Security+ preferred). • Experience with Azure services, SharePoint, SQL Server, API/Web Service integrations. • Strong leadership skills in Agile/Scrum environments and mentoring development teams. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to travel quarterly. • Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. • Preferred Qualifications: Object-Oriented Programming (ASP.NET, MVC, C#, HTML, JavaScript, Web APIs). • Migration/refactoring of legacy systems to cloud or low-code platforms. • Knowledge of Navy/DoD operations, logistics, FMS, or defense financial systems. • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams integration, and enterprise collaboration tools.
