📋 Description

• Lead solution design for strategic enterprise customers • Mentor a team of Network Automation Engineers • Design transformational solutions across firewall automation, load balancer orchestration, site provisioning, and compliance frameworks • Drive innovation and establish best practices for Itential products • Partner with sales and product teams to craft technical strategies and influence product roadmap • Ensure project excellence and customer ROI • Potentially speak at conferences and publish thought leadership • Up to 40% travel for strategic engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, telecommunication, computer science, or equivalent experience required • 7+ years in a customer-facing network automation role, ideally within a professional services or consulting setting required • Proficiency in Ansible, Linux, Python Scripting, Jinja2, REST APIs, JSON, SSH • Understanding of network devices and configurations across Firewalls, switches, routers, cloud networks, load balancers • Experience with vendors: Palo Alto, F5, Cisco, Arista • Familiar with infrastructure and change management platforms such as: Infoblox, NetBox, ServiceNow • Confluence, Jira, Git, Pipelines • Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing technical teams • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach • Strong organizational skills with commitment to delivering quality solutions
