• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 5+ years experience managing a sales team, driving measurable results (conversion, retention, revenue). • Strong consultative sales skills and knowledge of IT services (e.g., Google Workspace, Kaseya365). • Experienced in CRM, pipeline management, and sales reporting. • Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and process adherence for scalable operations. • Data-driven, with ability to analyze performance and improve team outcomes. • Customer-focused with integrity and ownership mindset.
